Why “clean” can be confusing
Walk through any grocery aisle and you’ll see ‘clean,’ ‘natural,’ and ‘better-for-you’ on almost everything. But those words don’t always come with clear definitions—and that can leave you doing a lot of guesswork.

You don’t have to become a full-time label detective. Here’s a simple way to look at any drink—ours included.
Look for how long it is and how many ingredients you recognize.
Notice what’s used: refined sugar, syrups, artificial sweeteners, or coconut flower sap.
Claims on the front can be fuzzy. The nutrition panel tells you how much sugar you’re actually drinking.
Does this feel like something you want once in a while, or something you’re comfortable having regularly?
